Shawn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in developing and executing strategies to successfully deliver high-profile infrastructure projects. Currently, Shawn leads a team of over 60 professionals dedicated to managing and supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects including the Samuel De Champlain Bridge Corridor, Gordie Howe International Bridge, Quebec Bridge Rehabilitation, Bonaventure Expressway Redevelopment, and Alto HSR Project. These projects use a range of procurement models, including Public-Private Partnerships, to deliver results for Canadians.
During his over 20 years of experience working within the Government of Canada, Shawn’s leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving the success of numerous infrastructure initiatives, positioning them as a trusted advisor and leader.
