Doris Simcich is a transformational leader renowned for her impact across business, IT, and operations in varied industries. Her global career at GE, RBC, and AstraZeneca highlights her passion for building high performing teams, business results and a commitment to positive change. Holding an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics (Business/Information Systems) from the University of Waterloo, an MBA with Distinction from the Ivey School of Business and most recently a CIO.D designation from the University of Toronto. Doris is recognized for her energy and leadership in tech innovation. At AstraZeneca, she leads pioneering strategies, such as adoption of AI, enhancing IT experience for global R&D staff. A passionate advocate for women in STEM, Doris mentors future leaders and champions diversity, actively engaging as a guest speaker at universities to empower women in tech.
